tombombon.com reached a milestone turning two (2) years old on April 1, 2002. What started out as an experiment and an exercise for an HTML class is evolving into a bigger, ever-growing, and open-ended adventure. Without question, the Internet is an ideal medium to showcase many of my interests that includes photography, travel, information technology, graphic arts, communication, sailing, and even social studies.

I am honored to share my photography portfolio to anyone curiously interested, to those who somehow accidentally teleported here, and to those whom I may have done a bit of arm-twisting to visit the site. The comments have come from various places around the world.

No money has been made, but we have not sold anything (yet) anyway. Well, perhaps we did sell a lot of goodwill. And that is quite priceless as far as I am concerned. At the very least, this site has not gone to where other 'dot.coms' are now. Although on a shoestring budget, being privately held and funded is a good thing!

Many visitors were moved by the  photos and my scribbles. But this phenomena has not been one-sided. Reading the comments deeply moves me as well, testimonial that this experiment is successful in an emotional level. It even stirred a few souls.

As a communication medium, this site's evolution have included and will continue to consider viewers input. I am very excited and energized moving forward. I hope to continue the momentum from the last two years and even do better.
