At our Tabiguian family property, I found the caretaker's
basic kitchen essentials minimal.
Here,
electricity and running water is non-existent.
Children abound in a simple life in the county-side where the
unobstructed view
across the main road is the magnificent Mayon Volcano.
I ponder seeing children tending the farming chores.
What does their future hold?
At the Tabiguian property, there are narrow footpaths that
provide
"right of way" passage of neighborhood farmers heading to and from the
main road.
A sampling of abundance found, these are
bananas just plucked from the trees.
Some are bound to the local market for
barter and some are for consumption.
The ubiquitous jeepney plies in almost all the
places I've been.
This scene was the market area of Tabaco, Albay.
Mayon Volcano, the most perfect coned active
volcano came to view
during my flight for my first ever return visit to my
father's birthplace.
I was greeted with a spectacular show of multiple eruptions
for a few days.

to get a
